Mumbai was considered as an entry point and seaport hub area and it was developed under the colonial British rule. We find here British style of architecture and buildings as seen in European countries. The design and construction style has changed over years and more flat or tall buildings have covered the Mumbai area. There is more security and better development opportunities here as compared to other metro areas. Mumbai city also have big bazaars and local market where everything from old to new product is easily available. Mumbai has strong transport network and connectivity through local train known as lifeline of Mumbai. It is one of the cities where people prefer to use public transport in majority as compared to any other city. It has one of the oldest railway network systems and now has metro train system running simultaneously. Mumbai has lot of traffic congestion and so using public transportation is best at anytime of the day and night. Best bus service is available and we also have Mumbai Shivaji station. There is Mumbai International airport which has added new terminal facility for passenger’s safety and comfort.
I have explored and worked in different cities across various states within India and I found Mumbai as the exclusive city based on certain parameters of Drive, Design and Connect as per the Tata Motors campaign. http://madeofgreat.tatamotors.com/
